CPG is different than other firms that treat change management as a separate and distinct add-on to a project, or rely on the customer to consider how change will impact the organization. In our view, the Change Management through the project is a crticial success factor - not an add-on.

That's why change management is literally woven into the very fabric of our methodology, Fundamentals 1st, so that we ensure that the client's entire organization is prepared to go live when the project concludes.

We do this by continually verifying that our clients's team members are ready to perform the key roles within the new system, and we demonstrate this readiness to the project sponsors at key points in the project. There is no question about readiness when the project concludes.

CPG has a number of methods for Change Management and client training. One of our tools is the use of Oracle's UPK [User Productivity Kit]. UPK also can provide a closed loop process that verifies that a user has not only done all training outlined for his or her role but actually verifies that it was done correctly.
